VIP level is based on members activities and VIP Level Upgrade is subject to account review by VIP Team and invitation from management. Members must reach accumulated deposit monthly to maintain VIP Level Status. In case member did not meet the required accumulated deposit requirement, member will be downgraded to a lower VIP Level.
Rebates are calculated with member's daily turnover 00:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs.
Rebates will be auto-dispensed daily at 15:30, and is subject to 1x wagering requirement before withdrawals can be made.
Birthday and Anniversary Bonus
Members must be active 6 months prior his/hers Birthday or Anniversary Month.
Members must have at least 5,000 accumulated valid turnover per month in order to claim Birthday or Anniversary Bonus.
Example: Member’s Anniversary Month is December, member must have accumulated
5,000 valid turnover per month (June, July, August, September, October, November).
For Birthday bonus, identification card must be presented by the member for verification purpose and will be issued on member’s birth month only.
For Anniversary bonus, it will be issued on member’s sign-up month only.
In any case that the member has the same month for Birthday and Anniversary bonus, member must meet the required valid turnover requirement of both promotions. Else, member can only claim either Anniversary or Birthday Bonus only.
Example: Member’s Anniversary and Birthday Month are both in December, member must have
accumulated 5,000 valid turnover × 2 = 10,000 accumulated turnover per month
(June, July, August, September, October, November).
There is a 3x turnover requirement for Birthday and Anniversary Bonus across any of our games before withdrawals can be processed.
Members who have recently registered and have not yet been active for 6 months are not yet eligible for this promotion.
